Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains pricing structure, payment methods, due dates, cancellations, and makeups for RH Basketball Academy LLC training services. By booking or paying for services, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Pricing Overview
Current standard rates (subject to change with notice on our website):
1-on-1 training
- Drop-in: $200 per session
- 4 sessions / month: $700 ($175 per session)
- 8 sessions / month: $1,280 ($160 per session) — best value
- 12 sessions / month: $1,800 ($150 per session)
Group training (per person)
- Drop-in: $70 per session
- 4 sessions / month: $240 ($60 per session)
- 8 sessions / month: $440 ($55 per session) — best value
- 12 sessions / month: $600 ($50 per session)
Group sessions are capped at 8 athletes (we aim for 6–8). Group pricing is per person.
No free trials are offered.
2. Monthly Prepaid Memberships
- Monthly packages are prepaid.
- Payment is typically due on or by the 1st of each month for that month’s sessions, unless another schedule is agreed in writing.
- Sessions included in a monthly package are intended to be used within the applicable month unless a makeup is approved under this policy.
- Monthly clients receive priority scheduling on prime training times.
3. Drop-in Payments
Drop-in sessions must be paid in full before or at the start of the session unless otherwise arranged with RH Basketball Academy in advance.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments should be made to RH Basketball Academy LLC via:
- Zelle
- Venmo
- PayPal
Payment instructions and account details are provided at booking or upon request. Please include the athlete’s name and the month/package in the payment note when possible.
5. Late Payment
Sessions may be paused or cancelled if payment is not received by the due date. We may require the account to be current before confirming future bookings. Repeated late payment may result in loss of priority scheduling or termination of membership.
6. Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)
- You must cancel or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests inside the 24-hour window, and no-shows, may result in the session being charged/forfeited with no refund and no makeup.

7. Makeups
One-on-one
When at least 24 hours’ notice is given, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a makeup session for 1-on-1 clients, subject to coach availability and scheduling. Makeups are not guaranteed for a specific date/time and should be scheduled promptly.
Group
Group makeups are limited and not guaranteed. Group capacity is restricted (max 8), so unused group sessions often cannot be transferred to another date. Timely notice is still required; late cancels/no-shows are forfeited.
Coach or facility cancellation
If RH Basketball Academy cancels a session (e.g., illness, facility/weather issues), we will offer a makeup or alternative arrangement at no additional cost.
8. Refunds
Because training slots are reserved specifically for you, fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or when we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable makeup alternative. Partial months, unused sessions due to client schedule changes without approved makeups, and forfeited late cancels/no-shows are not refunded.
Any exception is at the sole discretion of RH Basketball Academy LLC and must be agreed in writing.
9. Package Changes & Upgrades
You may request to change monthly package levels for a future billing period (subject to availability). Mid-cycle changes may be prorated or applied to the next month at our discretion. Contact us to discuss options.
10. Disputes
If you believe a charge or payment was made in error, contact us promptly at rh.basketball.academy@gmail.com or 408-981-8535 so we can review and resolve the issue.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued booking or payment after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material price changes will be communicated for upcoming billing periods.
