RH Basketball Academy Payment Policy
1. Payment Structure
Program Fees: Program fees are to be paid in advance, on a monthly basis, on THE 1st OF EVERY MONTH. Fees vary based on the program type (One On One, Group, etc..) and duration (default is 1 hour) for all age groups (Ages 5 and up). Specific fee details will be provided at the time of registration.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via [bank transfers (Zelle), online payment platforms like PayPal, Venmo, etc.].
Payments should be made to RH Basketball Academy LLC and can be processed online, through any of the above payment platforms.
3. Payment Due Dates
Introductory Lesson: Payment should be made before lesson, unless communicated.
Monthly Programs: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
4. Refund Policy
Booking Lesson: Non-refundable 24 hours or after, of date and time of scheduled lesson.
Monthly Programs: Lessons are non refundable and are turned into credit.
One on One - Make up lessons will be provided for missed lessons, which meet the 24 hour requirement.
Groups - No make up lessons will be provided, unless a medical issue/inconvenience has been communicated.
5. Missed Sessions
Make-up Policy: If a participant misses a session due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, make-up sessions will be offered, for One on One lessons.
No Refunds for Missed Sessions in Groups: Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions unless it is canceled by RH Basketball Academy or an issue has been communicated.
6. Termination of Services
RH Basketball Academy reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of our code of conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
